Also known as okra or ladies finger, bhindi can be used in multiple Indian dishes. It works well well fried, stir fried, stuffed or added to the curries. Bhindi Masala 

This dish is made by combining bhindi with the blend of mixed fragrant spices. The flavour profile exudes spicy, nutty, and earthy notes. Bhindi when coked to perfection gives a slight crunch.

Stuffed Bhindi 

Tender bhindi are stuffed with spiced mixture in this dish. A combination of spices including ground nuts and occasional gram flour make up the stuffing.

Kurkuri Bhindi 

It is an Indian snack where the bhindi has been coated in a spiced gram flour and fried to perfection. Chaat masala or amchoor is sprinkled to add a subtle tanginess.

Achari Bhindi 

In this dish okra is made with aachar masala. Pickled okra is seasoned with aachar masala, a mixture of spices. Bhindi is frequently sautéed or pan-fried until it gets crispy, giving the meal a delicious crunch.

Bhindi Pakora 

They are renowned for having an exterior that is crunchy and crispy but the interior is soft. Add coriander leaves to add flavour to the pakora. It can be served with sauce or chutney.
