Masala Papad 

It is one of the easiest appetizers you can make. All you need to do is roast the papad and add some chopped onions, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves and chaat masala and salt. Squeeze some lemon juice and serve immediately. 

Paneer Tikka Skewers 

In this appetizer all you need to do coat the paneer cubes, onion squares, and capsicum squares with yogurt and masalas like ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, garam masala, chilli powder and salt. Add them to the skewers. Grill then in pan till golden brown.

Aloo Tikki 

It is one of the most common appetizers in Indian households. It is made by mixing mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, ginger paste, green chilli paste, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt together and then making tikkis and pan-frying them. 

Pani Puri Shots 

In the puri filled with mint-coriander chutney and sweet tamarind chutney . Arrange the puris in plate and pour the tangy pani in shot glasses. Enjoy, dipping the puris in pani and eating one by one.

Bhel Puri 

For this mix puffed rice with chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and boiled potato. Add tamarind chutney, mint-coriander chutney, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well. Serve them in bowls.
