Planning to throw a house party? Treat your guests with masala fried shrimp.
1-pound prawns 2 tbsp red chilli powder ½ tsp coriander powder 1 pinch black pepper powder 3 tbsp cooking oil 3 tsp coconut vinegar ½ tsp turmeric Salt to taste
In a bowl, mix the spices, salt and vinegar and generously apply over the prawns. Keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.
Add oil to the pan and heat. slowly add the prawns and gently sauté them till they cook.
Cook both the sides of prawns and serve with lemon wedges.
