Masala Fish Fry Recipe: A Delectable Appetizer

Ingredients

750 gm fish  1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp besan ½ tsp garam masala 2 tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste Oil for frying 

Step 1

Start by washing the fish. Apply a layer of turmeric and salt and wash the fish again. This process will remove the smell. 

Step 2

In a bowl, add chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and ginger garlic paste. Add besan, salt and water to mix. 

Step 3

Dip the fish one by one in the batter and keep it aside. Marinate the fish for 30 minutes. You can skip this step too. 

Step 4

In a skillet, heat oil and fry the fish. Fry until the fish turns brown on both slides. 

Step 5

Sprinkle little chaat masala and serve with sliced onion and lemon wedges! Enjoy.
