Do you feel an irritation in your throat or often catch a cold when the season is changing? If yes, this masala doodh recipe is just perfect for you. You can prepare it 5 minutes and get relief from sore throat.
1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon cardamom 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
Heat some milk but don’t boil it.
Add ground cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric, and nutmeg.
Let the milk simmer for two minutes till the spices infuse in the milk.
Stir in honey or sugar. Pour the masala doosh into a glass and drink it warm.
