Summers are for cooling drinks and one beverage which is sure to bring your body temperature down is masala chhach. Here is a simple recipe for the drink for you to try out.
1 cup dahi Black pepper Black salt Chaat masala Mint leaves 1 tsp roasted jeera powder Boondi Ice cubes
In a blender, add chilled dahi, all the spices and add a little water according to your preference.
Make a smooth blend and then add ice cubes in a glass. Pour the chhach in it.
Garnish the chhach with mint leaves, boondi and a little more chaat masala. Enjoy!
