Summers in India is incomplete without a glass of chaas or buttermilk. Adding this masala mix to your chaas will make it much tastier and refreshing.
4 tbsp cumin, 2 tbsp black pepper Fennel powder 2 tbsp coriander powder 1 tbsp black salt 2 tbsp regular salt ½ tsp hing 1 tsp dry ginger powder
Take a pan and heat it for a few seconds on low flame and add cumin to the pan. Roast it for a few seconds.
Next, add black pepper and 2 tbsp whole coriander and roast them for a minute.
Turn off the flame and add black salt, regular salt, hing, and dry ginger powder.
Mix all the ingredients and keep aside for a few minutes. Later, put the whole spices in a mix jar and make a fine powder.
