Try making your own golgappas, delicious and full of your favourite ingredients. They have a crispy shell and real Indian flavours. This street food is great to eat at home.

2 cup Sooji ¼ cup Hot oil ½ cup Lukewarm water

¼ cup chopped fresh coriander 16-18 mint leaves 3-4 chopped green chillies 1 Ginger piece 4-5 Garlic cloves ¼ cup Imli water Prepared green chutney 3 tbsp Jaggery 1 tsp black salt 1 tsp chaat masala ½ tsp Black pepper powder ¼ tsp Cumin Powder Salt to taste Ice cubes as required ½ cup boondi Water as required
Add sooji to the hot oil and knead the dough. Let it rest for a few minutes.
Take small portions and roll small puris. Fry the gol gappas on high flame in hot oil! Do not touch the gol gappas until they inflate!
Have the gol gappas with aloo ka masala, some meethi chutney and prepared gol gappe ka paani!
