This simple and delicious summer delight made with the goodness of fresh mango and yoghurt is a healthy dessert that can be enjoyed guilt-free. Here is the recipe, give it a try.
2 ripe mangoes (peeled and cut into pieces), 2 cups Greek yoghurt, 2 tbsp honey, a bunch of fresh mint leaves, few drops of lemon juice
Place the mango pieces in a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth puree. In a mixing bowl, combine the mango puree with the yoghurt.
Stir well until the mixture is smooth. Add honey and lime juice. Transfer the mango yoghurt to serving bowls or glasses.
Refrigerate it for a couple of hours to chill. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
