The crossover of bhel puri and mangoes sounds like a delicious combination. If you haven't tried mango sukha bhel, we have a lovely recipe for you.
1 cup chopped ripe mangoes 1 cup puffed rice 1 makhana Ghee Chopped tomato Chopped onion Chopped cilantro Chaat masala Lime juice Black salt Papdi
In a pan, ghee roast your makhana. Then mix it with the puffed rice.
Add all the spices and chopped veggies to the bhel. Now, add the chopped mangoes.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the bhel. Top with cilantro and papdi. Enjoy the snack!
