This creamy and tasty smoothie made with the goodness of mangoes and milk is perfect to start your day with.
1 cup chopped ripe mango ½ cup low-fat milk ½ cup ice ¼ cup plain low-fat yogurt 1 tablespoon honey
Place the mango, milk, ice, yogurt, and honey in a blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a glass. Garnish with chopped mangoes and serve.
