Mango Salsa: A Refreshing Delight For Summer

Craving for some yummy mango recipes? Prepare mango salsa. Made with fresh mangoes, onions and bell pepper, it can be enjoyed at any time of the day.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup diced mango 1 red bell pepper, finely diced 1/4 cup finely diced red onion 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced 1 large firm avocado, cut into chunks 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro Zest and juice of 1 small lime Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Mix well to combine. Garnish with extra cilantro.

Step 3

Serve with multigrain tortilla chips, salmon, fish tacos or shrimp.
