Why wait in line to get a dose of your favourite boba tea when you can simply make your own at home with pearls of sabudana and deliciously juicy mangoes?
¼ cup cooked sabudana ¼ cup sweetened blue pea flower tea ½ cup mango pulp ½ cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon condensed milk Ice
Add the cooked sabudana to the blue pea flower tea and soak for 10-15 minutes.
Once done, pour a couple of tablespoons into a glass followed by the condensed milk.
Stir lightly to combine and add lots of ice.
Pour the mango pulp and coconut milk. Serve immediately, garnished with a slice of mango or sprig of mint.
