Mango Dry Cake Recipe, Your Perfect Chai Partner

Here is a recipe for mango dry cake, a delicious and easy-to-make dessert at home!

Ingredients

1 cup of all-purpose flour 1/2 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened 1/2 cup of dried mango 1/4 cup of milk 2 eggs 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Step 1

Start by Preheating the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) cake pan and set aside.

Now In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, add the vanilla extract and mix well.

Now in a bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Now Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Add milk to combine all well. Now add in the chopped dried mango. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.

Step 5

Smooth it down with a spatula. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Now let it cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes.
