A type of mango shake from Pune, this one is believed to have gotten the name from Mastani, the warrior princess whose beauty had greatly influenced the Peshwa king Bajirao.
100 Gram Mango pulp 100 gram Sugar 200 ml Milk 2 Mango Ice cream scoops A pinch of Cardamom powder For garnishing: Almond flakes Silver varq
Mix mango pulp, sugar and milk in a blender to make mango milk shake. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Now again blend it well. Add mango ice cream scoops. Dust with Cardamom powder.
Garnish with almond flakes & silver varq, serve chilled.
