For Mango Puree 2 fresh mangoes or cubes 1/3 cup water 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp sugar For Martini Prepared mango puree 8 ounces vodka 4 ounces dry vermouth Ice
Take a blender and add fresh mango or cubes.
Add lemon juice, sugar and water. Form a smooth puree.
Then, add vodka, dry vermouth and ice cubes. Blend well.
Pour in a martini glass and serve!
