Mango pulp, condensed milk, and paneer are combined to create the delectable dessert Mango Kalakand. It is a variant of the classic Indian dessert made with milk known as Kalakand.
2 cups mango pulp 1 cup paneer 1 cup condensed milk 1 tbsp ghee 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 2 tbsp chopped pistachios or almonds
Heat a non-stick pan and add the ghee to it. Add the grated paneer and saute. Add the mango pulp to the pan and mix.
Cook the mixture for about 10 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent it from sticking.
Add condensed milk, cardamom powder. Grease a rectangular baking dish with ghee. Pour the thickened mango and paneer mixture into the dish.
Now Garnish the top with chopped pistachios or almonds, cool down the kalakand at room temperature. Then, refrigerate.
Once set, cut the Mango Kalakand into squares or desired shape and enjoy!
