1 diced mango 1/4 cup finely grated ginger 2/3 cup agave syrup 6 ounces Gin 1 cup Water Mint leaves 2 limes juice Tonic water
Take a blender and make puree of chopped mango and finely grated ginger.
Transfer the mixture to a pan and add agave syrup, gin and water. Let it boil and make a light syrup form.
Strain syrup into a large measuring cup. Add limes and let it cool. Pour the syrup into an ice filled glass.
Fill with tonic water and garnish with mint and lime wedges.
