Mango season may be over, but there's no reason to leave this frozen treat behind. Try this vegan version of Mango Kulfi for a delicious treat all year round.
2 cups ripe mango, pureed 1 can coconut milk ½ cup almond milk ¼ cup sugar ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios) ½ tsp cardamom powder
Combine mango puree, coconut milk, almond milk, and sugar in a blender until smooth.
Stir in cardamom powder and chopped nuts, reserving some for garnish.
Pour the mixture into kulfi moulds or popsicle moulds.
Freeze for at least 5-6 hours or until solid. Garnish with chopped nuts.
