Mango Coriander Chutney: All Things Tangy And Flavourful

It’s the season of mangoes and all we are looking for are unique ways to enjoy the king of fruits! 

This chutney is an innovative spin to your regular chutney as it combines mango with the tangy coriander chutney for a tasty twist. 

Ingredients

1 raw mango (chopped) 1 big bunch dhaniya (washed) 1 tsp jeera   2 tbsp raw peanuts   1 large garlic clove Ginger (chopped) Green chillies   Salt, as per taste

Step 1

In a mixer, grind jeera, raw peanuts, garlic, ginger, and green chillies.  

Step 2

Now add raw mango, and coriander leaves in the mixer. Sprinkle salt as per your taste, and also add an ice cube. 

Step 3

Churn the ingredients well in the mixer, and your coriander mango chutney is ready.
