Spice Up Cocktail Hour With This Mango-Chilli Gin

Sweet, spicy and irresistible. This simple cocktail has everything you need. Make a big batch for your next party or keep the infusion in the fridge for your evening drink. It works for every occasion.

Ingredients

30 ml gin (per person) 1 mango 1 red chilli 2 tbsp Chilli powder 1 tsp salt Mint leaves Lemon wedges

Step 1

To make the gin infusion, slice the mango into thin strips and add them to an airtight bottle along with the slit chilli.

Step 2

Pour in the gin ensuring that the mango and chilli are covered.

Step 3

Leave this mixture in the fridge for at least 24 hours. 

Step 4

With a piece of lime, rim the glass and press it into the mixture of chilli powder and salt.

Step 5

Pour in 30 ml of the gin infusion, add some ice and top off with soda. Garnish with mint and enjoy!
