70 gm butter 100 gm caster sugar 10 ml vanilla essence 3 to 4 mangoes Some biscuit crumbs 10 egg yolk 1 cup whipping cream 1 cup mascarpone cheese 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp baking powder Water
First, crush biscuits and transform them into fine crumbs. In a bowl, add the crumbs and sugar. Also, add melted butter and stir.
Take a tray and spread the crumb mixture evenly. Let it set in the refrigerator for 10 to 12 minutes.
In a bowl, add gelatin powder and cold water. Mix well. Then, beat the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture turns airy and light.
Also add baking powder and mix. Add cheese and mix again. Also, add lemon juice and vanilla essence. Melt the gelatin mix and add it.
Now, pour the prepared mixture on the crust and let it chill overnight. Garnish with fresh mangoes or mango puree and serve!
