1 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup jowar flour 1/2 cup bajra flour 1/2 cup gram flour 1/4 cup methi dana 1/2 cup chana dal 1/2 cup mixed cashews, khus-khus, melon seeds 4 Anjeer and dates 1/2 cup melon seeds, almonds, pistachios, cashews 1/4 cup edible gum or gond 1 beetroot 250 gm spinach 100 gm flax seeds

1/4 cup tamarind 1/4 cup jaggery 1/2 cup curd and fresh cream 1 lt milk 3 to 4 red chilies 200 gm garlic 1/2 kg coriander 1 carrot, cucumber 1 tomato 4 onion 100 gm green chillies 50 gm ginger

For Khooba roti Pita bread, mix 1 tsp salt, ajwain, 2 tbsp ghee, and 1 tsp sugar to wheat flour.
