Malaika Arora is a fitness enthusiast who also loves to eat great food. In fact, she is a good cook herself. Let us look at her favourite chicken ramen soup recipe.
1 packet ramen 2 cups chicken broth 100 gms mushroom 1 cup shredded chicken 1 capsicum diced 1 carrot diced 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame seeds Chilli oil Ginger garlic paste Salt
In a pan, heat oil and fry the ginger garlic paste. Add the chicken broth, along with the chopped veggies.
Cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes, and add soy sauce.
Add the noodles and salt and bring it to a boil. Simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with chilli oil, sesame seeds and spring onions.
