2 cups water 1 tbsp carrom seeds 1 tbsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
In a glass, add 2 cups of water, cumin seeds, carrom seeds and fenugreek seeds.
Keep the seed infused water in the refrigerator overnight.
Strain this water in the morning and drink it immediately.
