Malai Turai is a delicious Indian dish that turns the simple ridge gourd into a creamy, rich curry. With its smooth, slightly spiced gravy, Malai Turai is a great example of how everyday ingredients can be turned into a gastronomic treat with simple experiments.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, chopped onion, green chili, ginger garlic paste and tomato. Mix well

Add red chili, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and let it cook until oil separates.

Add malai or cream,mix well. Now add the diced turai, Give it a good mix.

Cover and cook until turai is perfectly done. Add garam masala and fresh coriander. And it’s ready, Enjoy!!!!
