Do not use low-fat cream fr whipping. Always opt for full fat, heavy cream.
You need to form stiff peaks while making whipped cream. For that, you need the milk to be cold.
If you are using a hand blender, make sure you whip trill the cream and powdered sugar have mixed and formed an airy, light foam.
Do not over or under mix your whipped cream. For the perfect consistency, it is important that you mix only till stiff peak forms.
Do not whisk in additional flavours. Just mix them with the cream gently.
