Ingredients 200 gm dark compound 100 gm fresh cream 

Step 1

Cut dark compound chocolate into small chunks.

Step 2

Take a bowl and add the melted chocolate peices.

Step 3

Let it boil through a double boiling process or in a microwave.

Step 4

When it is done, add cream and mix well.

Step 5

Your ganache is ready.
