Street style Chinese is one of the best street foods that you can have. There is something special about those tiny stalls selling greasy Chinese. Here are some tips to make Desi street style Chinese at home.
Boil the noodles with cooking oil and salt, so that they do not stick to each other.
Always put the noodles in chilled water after boiling, or they get overcooked and sticky.
Make generous use of soy sauce. It gives the food its typical brown colour.
Properly season the noodles with black pepper, ketchup and garlic to get good taste.
Garnish with sliced onions and green chillies to get spicy and authentic street style flavour.
