Making Shortbread Cookies Is Now Easy!

Ingredients 5 tbsp salted butter 5 tbsp icing Sugar 1 cup all Purpose flour 1/2 tsp vanilla

In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.

Add flour and knead into a soft dough.

Roll the dough and place it on the parchment paper in the pan.

Mark the cuts in the cookie dough and then make holes using fork.

Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15-18 mins.
