Indian households often have pudhina chutney on hand. The ones that are prepared from scratch at home have a remarkable quality than store bought. Here's to making pudhina chutney to perfection at home.
Use fresh mint leaves when preparing pudina chutney at home, which is the first thing to remember. It is recommended to remove the leaves from the stem, carefully wash them, and then dry them before using.
To make the chutney into a smooth paste, use a mixer grinder. While doing so, pour in some cold water or a few ice cubes.
You can include some jeera powder when creating pudina chutney. This will improve the chutney's flavour and give it a smokey undertone.
Adding a few drops of lemon juice to the chutney will create the ideal flavour balance. It will have the appropriate tart and lemony falvour.
The chutney can be made more palatable and less spicy by adding some sugar or jaggery. Additionally, it can assist in muffling any bitterness that the mint leaves may have.
