Ingredients- You'll need 2 red onions, ½ cup water, ¼ cup white vinegar, ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, and 1½ tsp salt.

Thinly slice the onions and pack them in a food-safe, heatproof, glass jar.

Add the water in a pan and put both kinds of vinegar, and salt. Bring them to a simmer.
