Making Pickled Onions? Here’s Few Easy Steps

The perfect condiment for burgers, tacos and more, pickled red onions gives that lift to the dish. Here's how to make them at home.

Ingredients- You'll need 2 red onions, ½ cup water, ¼ cup white vinegar, ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, and 1½ tsp salt.

Thinly slice the onions and pack them in a food-safe, heatproof, glass jar.

Add the water in a pan and put both kinds of vinegar, and salt. Bring them to a simmer.
