Summers are the perfect opportunity to relish ice creams and kulfi. If you are looking to make our very own, Desi kulfi at home, then we have the tips that you need to get it right.
Only use full cream milk. That helps make the creamiest and rich kulfi.
After putting the kulfi to freeze, stir it every once in a while so that there isn't any ice crystals forming.
Experiment with flavours. Add mangoes or dry fruits or rose according to your taste.
Let the kulfi freeze in the traditional metal kulfi cones for the best result.
Consume the kulfi within a couple days. Once molten, if you try to freeze it again, there will be ice crystals.
