Making Ghee? Here's What To Do With The Leftovers

If you make ghee at home, here's a simple way to turn those leftover milk solids into a delicious dish with leftover rice. 

Ingredients

2 tbsp milk solids 6 peppercorns Fresh curry leaves Dried red chilli 2 cups cooked rice

Step 1

Crush the peppercorns in a mortar and pestle and add them to the leftover milk solids.

Step 2

Heat them until the pepper is fragrant then add the chilli and curry leaves.

Step 3

Add the cooked rice and salt to taste and serve hot.
