Cooking fried eggs on a stainless steel pan without sticking can be tricky, but with these 5 simple hacks, you'll achieve perfectly non-sticky eggs every time! 

Preheat the pan 

Ensure the stainless steel pan is adequately preheated over medium heat to prevent sticking. 

Add enough fat 

Use a good amount of butter, ghee, or oil to coat the pan's surface before cracking the egg. 

Crack the egg gently 

Carefully crack the egg and gently slide it onto the pan to avoid breaking the yolk. 

Cook on low heat 

Lower the heat once the egg is on the pan to cook it slowly and evenly without sticking. 

Use a spatula 

Carefully flip the egg with a spatula once the edges are cooked to prevent any sticking.
