Fries! Who does not like fries? They are crispy, comforting and a fuss-free dish. Having fries from your favourite outlet is the best feeling, but what about making them at home? Here are some tips you can use!
Only use fresh potatoes and put them in ice cold water to get crunchy fries.
Add a little but of rice flour to coat your fries. They add crunch to the fries.
Fry them in slightly smaller batches. It helps in individual fries getting cooked properly.
Slicing the potatoes right is very important. Have them evenly sliced for best results.
Use more starchy potatoes to have the best crispy outside, tender inside fries.
