Indulge in the delightful and healthy Makhana chaat, a perfect post-meal snack. Packed with flavor and nutrients, it's a guilt-free treat to satisfy your taste buds! 

Step 1 

Roast Makhana (foxnuts) in a pan until crunchy. 

Step 2 

In a mixing bowl, combine roasted Makhana, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and boiled potatoes. 

Step 3 

Add green chutney and tamarind chutney for tanginess. 

Step 4 

Season with chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and black salt. 

Step 5 

Toss well to coat evenly. 

Step 6 

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and sev (optional). Enjoy the delicious and nutritious Makhana chaat!
