Roast Makhana (foxnuts) in a pan until crunchy.
In a mixing bowl, combine roasted Makhana, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and boiled potatoes.
Add green chutney and tamarind chutney for tanginess.
Season with chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and black salt.
Toss well to coat evenly.
