Make Yum-Yum Strawberry Jam At Home

Ingredients 7 cups strawberries 3 + ½ tbsp lemon juice 5 tbsp powdered fruit pectin 6 + ½ cups sugar 

Step 1

Wash and mash strawberries. Transfer them to a large saucepan. Add lemon juice.

Step 2

Add in fruit pectin and dissolve it. Keep stirring frequently and bring it to a boil. 

Step 3

Add in sugar and stir. Remove from heat and skim off any foam from the top. 

Step 4

Run a rubber spatula between the jam to release any trapped air bubbles. 

Step 5

Pour it in the jars and store.
