To prepare pesto hummus, we add basil; there is also beetroot hummus, lemon hummus, and other varieties. A similar recipe for hummus with a desi touch is called Rajma hummus. Here’s how to make it.
Boiled rajma, tahini, cumin powder, red chilli powder, smashed garlic, olive oil, ice cubes, salt, and pepper are the ingredients for this dip.
We'll need spinach leaves, crispy garlic, garlic oil, assorted seeds, and red peppers for the garnish.
Tahini, garlic, cumin powder, cooked rajma, and salt should first be ground.
To create a smooth paste, re-grind the mixture after adding the olive oil. To make the paste smooth and fluffy, add some ice cubes.
Transfer the hummus to a bowl and top with red chillies, crispy garlic, mixed seeds, and sautéed spinach.
