Craving for something hearty and nutritious to eat? Then give this quick and simple millet hot and sour soup a try; all you need is a few basic ingredients to make it at home. So without any more delay, let us walk you through a few easy tips.

¼ cups millet ragi flour 4 Cups vegetable broth 1 Cup mixed vegetable 1 Tbsp soya sauce 1 Tbsp rice vinegar 1 Tbsp chilli sauce 1 Tbsp Sesame oil 1 Tbsp Red chilli powder. 1 Large onion 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp Minced garlic Salt and pepper to taste Chopped coriander leaves.

Begin this easy recipe by washing and chopping the veggies.

Take a pan and add oil.

When the oil is hot enough, add onion and garlic to saute.
