The misconception behind Cooking with Jain Ingredients is difficult is completely wrong. Here's a recipe for the same.
Ingredients
1 Raw banana (cooked and mashed)
1 cup Peas
1 cup Capsicum
1 ½ cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup grated cabbage
3 tsp Butter
2 tsp Jeera
3 green chillies chopped
3 tsp Pav Bhaji masala
Salt as per taste.
Pressure cook Banana, peas, Capsicum and cabbage.
Mash them once done.
Saute in butter with jeera, green chillies and tomatoes.
Once the tomatoes are mushy add the mixture.
Season it with salt and pav bhaji masala. Jain Pav bhaji is ready
