Biscotti, a traditional Italian cookie, is twice-baked for extra flavour and is ideal for dunking in your favourite festive drink. This easy and delicious Christmas Biscotti dish will be the cherry on top of your Christmas celebrations.

2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp baking powder 3 large eggs 1 cup mixed nuts and dried fruits (e.g., almonds, cranberries, and orange zest) 1 tsp vanilla extract A pinch of salt Spices (optional: cinnamon, nutmeg) for that extra Christmas flair!
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, beat together softened butter, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring in nuts and cranberries.

Form the dough into two logs on the baking sheet, then bake for 25–30 minutes. Once cooled, slice into biscotti shapes and bake again for a crisp finish. Enjoy your festive Christmas Biscotti!
