Gobhi Ke Parathe is adored as winter comfort food for North Indians as well as people all over India. This winter, delight everyone with the flavoursome taste of gobhi paratha by making it in 7 easy steps.

Atta 1 cup Salt 1/2 teaspoon Water As required Cauliflower 300 gram grated ginger 1 tablespoon chopped coriander 1 tablespoon green chillies 1-2 Salt As required Ghee As required

Mix salt and wheat flour in a bowl. Add water gradually to form a dough. Add a teaspoon of ghee for flavour. Knead it until pliable.

Heat ghee and oil. Sauté cumin seeds, then add onions and ginger paste. Cook for 2 mins. Add cauliflower, spices, and sauté.

Cook the mixture for a minute or two. Set it aside. Combine the cauliflower mix with the dough.

Divide the dough into small or medium balls. Shape them into small or medium-sized parathas.

Heat a tawa over medium heat. Place the parathas on the tawa. Cook both sides until golden.

Once cooked, transfer the parathas to a serving plate.
