Egg sandwich is a protein-rich easy breakfast recipe that promises to keep satiated for long and help to curb cravings. This recipe is perfect for a rushed morning or busy weekdays. Note the ingredients and try making it at home.
2 eggs ½ tsp pepper 1 cup spinach leaves ½ cup mushrooms 2 slices of bread Lettuce Salt to taste ½ tsp chopped garlic ½ tsp red chilli powder 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp chilli oil
Beat two eggs in a bowl with pepper. Prepare soft scrambled eggs.
Saute mushrooms in butter and garlic. Add spinach once the mushrooms are done.
Toast bread slices in butter.
Spread mayonnaise or chutney of your choice on bread slices.
Add lettuce, a layer of mushrooms and spinach, and scrambled eggs.
Add some chilli oil on the top and enjoy the sandwich.
