Vietnamese Iced Coffee is a bold, refreshing drink known for its rich, smooth texture and creaminess. Made with strong Vietnamese coffee and sweetened with condensed milk, it’s poured over ice to create a perfect balance of robust and indulgent flavours.
2 tbsp of Vietnamese ground coffee (medium-dark roast preferred) 2-3 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste) 1 cup boiling water Ice cubes Any single-cup drip coffee maker
Place the coffee filter over a glass.
Add ground coffee to the filter, press it down with the filter press, then pour a small amount of boiling water to “bloom” the coffee for 30 seconds.
Pour the remaining boiling water into the filter and let it drip slowly into the glass. This takes about 4-5 minutes.
Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk until well-mixed.
Pour the coffee and condensed milk mixture over a glass filled with ice cubes.
