In a pan, heat up some olive oil. Put a few chopped garlic and sliced onions in it.
When they shrink, add sliced pumpkins. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
Once the colour changes, add 2 cups of water and let it boil for 15 minutes.
Take the pumkin off the heat and let it cool. Ten, blend it into a smooth paste with medium consistency.
Pour the soup in a bowl and garnish with fresh cream or parmesan. Enjoy!
