Make This Winter Special Pumpkin Soup

Pumpkin soup is one of the most soul-soothing dishes that you can have during winters. Here is a step by step recipe to make it.

Step 1

In a pan, heat up some olive oil. Put a few chopped garlic and sliced onions in it.

Step 2

When they shrink, add sliced pumpkins. Add salt and pepper according to taste.

Step 3

Once the colour changes, add 2 cups of water and let it boil for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Take the pumkin off the heat and let it cool. Ten, blend it into a smooth paste with medium consistency.

Step 5

Pour the soup in a bowl and garnish with fresh cream or parmesan. Enjoy!
