Make This Healthy & Nutritious Oats Dosa For Breakfast

Run out of dosa batter? Make this crispy, lacy oats dosa to eat with chutney for a healthy and filling breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup rolled oats 2 tablespoons rice flour 1 teaspoon rava 1 small onion, chopped 1 green chilli, chopped 1 small piece ginger, chopped 4-5 curry leaves, torn 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander Salt, to taste

METHOD

Grind the rolled oats into a fine powder in a food processor and tip into a mixing bowl.

METHOD

Add all the remaining ingredients and gradually add water to form a semi-thick batter.

METHOD

Pour on to a hot tava and drizzle a few drops of vegetable oil to cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

METHOD

Flip it over and cook for a couple of minutes and repeat the process.

METHOD

Serve with chutney, sambar and podi on the side.
