Make This Easy Ladi Pav Recipe  At Home

Ladi Pav Bread is one of the favourite Indian breads and are sometimes also called dinner rolls. Enjoy your soft spongy bread fresh from the oven.

2.5 Cups Flour ½ baking powder 1tbsp Yeast 1 tbsp Sugar 1tbsp Salt 2.5 tbsp Milk Powder ½ cup Milk ½ cup water 2 tbsp Butter

Take a mixing bowl, and add flour, salt, sugar, milk powder and yeast

Add some lukewarm milk and water little by little to bind the dough

Keep kneading the dough for around 10 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth and leave the dough for 1-1.5 hours to proof. 

Slowly add melted butter to make the dough soft. Divide the dough into different parts.

Put some sesame seeds on top and bake them in the oven at 200℃ for 30 minutes.
