Make This Classic Alfredo Pasta At Home!

Classic Alfredo pasta is a creamy and indulgent dish that is easy to make at home.

Ingredients

1 pound of fettuccine pasta 1/2 cup of unsalted butter 1 cup of heavy cream 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Step 1

Take bowl and boil water. Add salt and boil pasta accordingly. Once done keep the pasta aside.

Step 2

Now In a large pan, melt the butter on medium heat. Add the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.

Step 3

Now add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until it’s smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper.

Step 4

Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce and toss it gently to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.

Step 5

Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Enjoy with garlic bread and favourite dressings.
