Ingredients

– 1/4 cup chia seeds – 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled – 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) – 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste) – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – Optional toppings: sliced almonds, cocoa nibs, shredded coconut

Step 1

Start by brewing your favorite coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled coffee, milk, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together until well combined.

Step 2

Gradually pour in the chia seeds while stirring continuously to prevent clumping. Make sure the chia seeds are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into individual serving jars. Place it in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours or overnight. During this time, the chia seeds will absorb the liquid and expand, creating a pudding-like consistency.
